6 Jersey oysters (£4 supplement paid to the restaurant)
Six fresh Jersey oysters served with a sharp shallot-and-vinegar dressing and cracked black pepper.

Chicken thigh croquettes
Crispy pieces of chicken thigh with braised leeks, crispy bacon, and a split chive jus.
