Hi my name is Jo. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space for adults to explore patterns, relationships, and life experiences, helping you gain insight, clarity, and confidence. My approach combines Person-Centred Counselling and Transactional Analysis, tailored to your needs. 

I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling (CPCAB) and am completing a Level 7 Transactional Analysis psychotherapy Certification (The Link Centre). I am a Registered Member of the NCPS and a certified MentalHealth First Aider. 

I have experience supporting autistic adults in supported living and neurodiverse children in schools. My work is grounded in empathy, flexibility, and clear communication. 

I offer affordable sessions—face-to-face, online, or walk & talk—and a free 30-minute initial assessment. I suggest an initial phone call to acknowledge we are unknown to each other; I will respond within 48 hours.
