Treatment Descriptions:

Sports Massage

A remedial massage ideal for anyone recovering from a strained muscle, ligament, or tendon, or for those wanting focused work on a specific area of the body.

This treatment can be intense, and I work closely with the client—often incorporating breath work and different positioning—to release tension using deep tissue and muscle-release techniques.

Swedish Massage

A gentle, relaxing massage that uses flowing techniques to release muscle tension.
This is a lighter treatment compared to deep tissue massage and is excellent for overall relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage begins by warming the superficial muscles to allow access to deeper layers.The techniques are slower and firmer than Swedish massage, making this ideal for people with chronic tension or specific problem areas.

Neck, Back & Shoulders Massage

A targeted treatment for areas where tension commonly builds. Great for maintenance or relief from stiffness and stress in the upper body.

Indian Head Massage

Performed with the client seated, this treatment includes the upper back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, head, and face.

It promotes mental clarity, deep relaxation, and relief from everyday tension—especially that caused by screens, mobile phones, and modern-day stress.

Reflexology

Based on the principle that the feet mirror the entire body, reflexology uses specific pressure techniques to support overall well being.

It can help address particular ailments and has been shown to reduce stress,anxiety, and improve sleep.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese term meaning “universal life force.” This is a gentle, non-intrusive form of energy work that promotes deep relaxation and can be profoundly healing.
