Stand Up Paddle Boarding is one of the best ways to enjoy Jersey’s coastline — whether you’re gliding over gentle waves, exploring hidden corners of the bay, or simply gaining confidence moving across the water.

SUP is also a fantastic low-impact workout, helping improve balance, strength, and coordination while keeping things fun and accessible. It’s no surprise that everyone from beginners to seasoned surfers uses paddle boarding to stay active and connected to the ocean.

Your session will be led by experienced BCU-qualified instructors, who teach locally year-round and bring plenty of practical knowledge to help you progress safely and confidently.
