Starters

Ceviche (mixed of raw fish, salmon, tuna, white fish, marinated in apple
vinegar, freshly chopped onion, ginger, cucumber, capsicum, salt & black pepper).

Tuna poke (freshly diced yellow fin tuna, avocado, marinated in
G.F. soy sauce and sesame oil, togarashi, teriyaki sauce, roast sunflower
seeds & spring onion).

Seared tuna carpaccio (thinly slice yellow fin tuna, topped with wasabi
mayo, fried garlic, spring onion).

Crispy rice, crab/scallops (deep fried sushi rice in tempura batter
topped with spicy crab meat, seared scallops & truffle sauce.

Mains

Prefecture’s 24h Japanese marinated Ribeye Steak, Japanese roast
potatoes with shimeji mushrooms & green beans, spicy coconut sauce,
hibachi sauce

Jersey Wild Sea Bass (cooked 2 ways - crispy & pan fried), Japanese
roast potatoes & creamy lobster sauce.

Lamb rack shio (pan fried & roast lamb rack with 7 spicy miso sauce &
Asian vegetable)

Mixed of 15 pieces chef’s choice sushi platter (seafood or
vegetarian/vegan).

Dessert

Dorayaki | Japanese fresh pancakes, mixed fruit and maple syrup icing
sugar
