Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale

  1. Definitions

    • 1.1 "Buyer" refers to the person purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the Seller, including their agents and representatives, where applicable.
    • 1.2 "Conditions" means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document.
    • 1.3 "Goods" refers to the products the Buyer agrees to purchase from the Seller.
    • 1.4 "Price" means the price of the goods as quoted by the Seller.
    • 1.5 "Seller" means QuidsinSuperstore, and where the context permits, includes our employees and agents.
    • 1.6 "Data Protection Schedule" refers to the schedule relating to privacy and data protection included within these terms.
  2. Applicability of Conditions These Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of goods from the Seller to the Buyer, overriding any other terms the Buyer may reference. Acceptance of delivery by the Buyer confirms their acceptance of these Conditions.

Any changes to these Conditions will only be valid if agreed to in writing by the Seller.

  3. Price and Payment The Price of Goods will be as listed on the Seller's website or as quoted. The Seller reserves the right to alter the price prior to delivery in the event of changes to costs, including those resulting from manufacturing, delivery, or service-related changes, such as delivery outside normal hours or on public holidays.

  4. The Goods The Seller may alter the specifications of the Goods from time to time, provided these changes are necessary to comply with statutory requirements or safety standards and do not significantly affect the quality or use of the Goods.

  5. Delivery The Seller is not liable for any loss or damage due to failure to deliver Goods promptly or at all. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the Goods immediately. Any discrepancies, shortages, or damage must be reported in writing within three (3) working days. If no notice is provided within this period, the Goods will be considered accepted.

The Seller’s liability for undelivered or damaged Goods will be limited to replacing the missing or damaged Goods or providing a repair, as applicable.

  6. Title and Risk The Goods are at the Buyer’s risk upon delivery. However, ownership of the Goods remains with the Seller until full payment is received.

Until ownership passes to the Buyer, the Goods must be stored separately from other goods and clearly marked as property of the Seller.

  7. Website Order Process

    • 7.1 An order is considered placed when you complete the online checkout process. You will be able to review and correct any order errors before confirming.
    • 7.2 Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the goods, and you will receive an email confirmation of despatch. The purchase contract is deemed to be completed at that point.
    • 7.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including: unavailable stock, payment authorisation issues, pricing errors, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.
    • 7.4 To prevent fraud, we may request additional ID verification. Failure to provide this documentation may result in order cancellation.
    • 7.5 Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only and actual product design or colour may vary.
    • 7.6 We are not liable for any losses or delays resulting from incorrect information provided during the order process.
    • 7.7 Once an order is placed, we cannot alter the delivery address for fraud prevention reasons.
  8. Pricing All prices are inclusive of 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  9. Links to Third-Party Websites This website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content or availability of these sites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

  10. Returns and Refunds

  • 10.1 We will accept returns only if the goods are in saleable condition.
  • 10.2 We may apply a handling or restocking fee for returns if deemed appropriate.
  • 10.3 Custom-made, specially ordered, or personalised goods are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.
  • 10.4 Refunds are at the Seller’s discretion and only available if the goods are returned within 28 days of the original purchase.
  • 10.5 If the goods are damaged or defective, we may offer a refund, replacement, or repair, as per the Buyer’s statutory rights.
  • 10.6 The Buyer must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or transaction details). If proof cannot be provided, we may refuse the return or refund.
