Refund policy
At Quidsin Superstore, we aim to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a product isn't quite right for you. In such cases, we offer a full refund within 28 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below*.
We kindly ask that customers retain their proof of purchase should they need to return an item.
Returns for Change of Mind
If you decide you no longer wish to keep an item, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the product is returned in unused, unopened, and resalable condition with the original packaging and your proof of purchase. Our return window for change-of-mind returns is 28 days from the date of purchase, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
- For online or telephone orders, you can return the item by visiting our Dumaresq Street store in person.
- For large or high-value items, we can arrange for a collection from your address.
Returns for Faulty Items
If a product is found to be faulty within 3 days of delivery, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange, provided the item is returned with proof of purchase.

Returning Gifted Items
For items purchased as gifts, if you have a gift receipt, you are entitled to an exchange within 28 days of the original purchase date. Please note, the return period is based on the original purchase date, not the date the gift was received.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, some products cannot be returned unless faulty, due to their nature. These include:
- Products returned after 28 days.
- Items that have been opened or unsealed, unless necessary to inspect.
- Products missing the original packaging or labels.
- Items or packaging that are in poor condition.
- Custom-made or bespoke furniture.
- Products with warranties or offers already redeemed through third parties.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., certain personal care items).
Terms & Conditions
Returns and Refunds:
- (10.1) The Seller will only accept returns for a refund if the goods are returned in a saleable condition. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.
- (10.2) The Seller may apply a handling or restocking fee at their discretion, based on the condition of the returned goods.
- (10.3) The Seller reserves the right not to refund, or to provide only a partial refund, on any special orders, customized products, or items made to the Buyer’s specific specifications unless the product is faulty.
- (10.4) The Seller will only offer a refund if goods are returned within 28 days of the original purchase date.
- (10.5) In cases of damage, the Seller may provide the Buyer with a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Buyer’s statutory rights.
- (10.6) The Buyer must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or transaction details). Without this, the Seller reserves the right to refuse any return.
- (10.7) Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.
