The set comes with all you need: a boxing punch bag, boxing kit and an inflating pump. The pole is adjustable between 133-151cm (to 4 different levels) to suit different heights, attached to a fillable base to keep it weighted down whilst in action. The spring base allows it to flex and flip back into position for a total workout.
