With three classes running daily, you have the flexibility to fit yoga into your routine, from energising morning sessions to slower, restorative evening classes.

Classes run three times daily (Monday to Friday):

Morning Flow: 7:00 – 8:00 AM
Mid-Morning Practice : 9:00 – 10:00 AM
Evening Wind-Down ; 6:00 – 7:00 PM

The Fine Print

Voucher Validity

The voucher must be redeemed and activated between 14th of May to the 30th September 2026. Once activated, it is valid for 30 consecutive days.

Class Access

The voucher allows attendance at unlimited scheduled classes during the active period. Classes operate three times daily, Monday to Friday, subject to timetable changes where necessary.

Booking

Advance booking may be required due to limited space in The Shala. All classes are subject to availability.

Non-Transferable After Activation

The voucher may be gifted prior to activation but becomes non-transferable once it has been activated.

Missed Classes

Missed classes cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Health & Safety

Participants must ensure they are medically fit to practise yoga. Any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy must be disclosed to the instructor prior to the class.

Cancellations and Timetable Changes

JOY Retreat reserves the right to amend the class schedule or substitute instructors where necessary.

Arrival

Participants are required to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before the class start time to ensure a smooth session.

Voucher Restrictions

The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is valid for regular classes only and excludes special workshops, retreats, or events unless otherwise stated.

General

By redeeming this voucher, participants agree to JOY Retreat’s standard studio policies and liability waiver.
