Kids (current School Years 5-8 = ages 9-13):

  • Summer Club/Workshops – learn (a new) language & culture whilst having fun!
  • Role plays (real-life communicative scenarios involving play)
  • Phonics & Phonetics (development of sound recognition)
  • Basic grammar (introduction to verbs, nouns & adjectives)


Children (current School Years 9-10 = ages 13-15): 

GCSE Support/Extension where pupils are struggling with confidence/attainment or need stretching at the top end (considering pursuing a language to A Level?)

Themes (Foundation or Higher Tier: Topical Vocabulary following AQA or Edexcel Exam Board – Speaking, Writing, Listening & Reading skills)

Grammar (revision & introduction of new tenses & adjectives, practice of intermediate structures)

Translation (target language into and English into target language)


Adults (current School Years 11-13 = ages 15-18 through pensioners):

Have/Going to have a second property in the target language’s country?

Need business language for work abroad?

Frequently travel to a francophone or hispanophone country?

Have a foreign partner/spouse and would love to communicate in their language?

General interest in learning a new language or improving in one since College days however long ago? Age is no real barrier!
